Andrew Mavar, founder of OneSource Search and Rescue, brings a wealth of EMS and military expertise to our team. His experience spans ambulance work as an EMT, fire suppression with Task Force Rattlesnake with CAL FIRE, counter-drug initiatives, disaster responses, and civil disturbance management with the National Guard.
This blend of frontline medical practice and tactical operations informs our comprehensive training programs. At OneSource, our mission is to deliver top-tier emergency services training, emphasizing tactical medicine, disaster readiness, and community resilience, all enriched by Andrew’s direct field experience in EMS, search and rescue, and emergency management.
Levi Rodriguez, Dep. Chief
Levi Rodriguez, the Deputy Chief of OneSource Search and Rescue, is an accomplished EMT with nearly 8 years of experience in the medical field. Known for his dedication to providing exceptional care, Levi has a proven track record of delivering high-quality service across various medical settings. His robust background and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable leader and mentor within the company, ensuring that our clients and teams benefit from the highest standards of emergency medical training and response.
David Roman, Captain
David Roman serves as the Captain at OneSource Search and Rescue, bringing with him 3 years of intensive EMT experience, primarily with AMR running 911 calls. Outside his primary role, David dedicates his time to our company, where his vast experience in handling motocross traumas enriches our emergency response capabilities. His diverse skill set, ranging from acute trauma care to patient management, positions him as a key asset to our team and clients, offering invaluable insights and training in emergency medical services.
